Shocking is a word to mild to describe how I feel about this practice. I recently watched the movie "Instinct" which spurred me on a quest to find out more about primates in Africa. It is overwhelming sadness and compassion that I feel for these beautiful, loving, gentle, and forgiving animals. If man could learn to be even 1/10 of what they are then this world could be a much better place. The persecution of animals is beyond cruel, the indifference of society as a whole is beyond comprehension.

I admire what you have done with your life. My wife and I are in the early stages of animal abuse awareness. We have rescued and re-homed about 20 dogs in the past year. We hope to do much more!!
